Manual Trolleys is divided into two types: hand-operated car and hand-drawn car. The hand-drawn car is driven by a bracelet, and the hand-propelled car is driven by hand to push the heavy object. It can walk freely on the lower flange of the I-beam, and the wheel wheel The edge spacing can be adjusted according to the width of the I-beam track. The manual hoist is hung under the driving line to form a manual lifting transport trolley.
Hand-pulled monorail driving is driven by a bracelet, walking at the lower edge of the track of the I-beam, with a chain hoist to form a bridge, single beam or cantilever crane. Manual monorail driving is widely used in factories, mines, docks, warehouses, construction sites, etc. Manual monorail driving is used to install machinery and equipment, and when lifting cargo, manual monorail driving is especially suitable for operations without power supply.
Manual lubrication of all monorails must be done every three months to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Do not exceed the lifting weight specified by the cart when using it. When transporting the cargo, heavy objects must not be crossed over the head. The operator should stand in the same plane as the bracelet wheel and do not pull the bracelet diagonally in a different plane from the bracelet wheel.
