What is the differences between chain blocks and lever hoists

The chain blocks and lever hoists are different from the name, but they differ greatly in their usage.

The chain blocks produced by Wuxi Yongchang Lifting Equipment Co., Ltd. is the same as the power saving principle of lever hoists, all of which are realized by differential pulley; the different point is that the chain block is driven by hand zipper and is used for vertical lifting. The lever hoist is driven by the handle mode and is used for the horizontal moving weight.

The principle of chain block is that the chain of hand pull drives the rotation of the active small gear, the small gear drives the large gear to rotate, and the magnified torque is output, thus lifting the weight. There is a ratchet pawl mechanism on the inside of the zipper strip, so that the sprocket can only rotate in one direction.

The working principle of the lever hoist is that the lever hoist is a straight-line traction force that matches the load through the lever principle through the lever principle, and the rotated ground acts on the load of a clamp body in the core to drive the load running.

It can carry out lifting, traction, descent, calibration and other operations. If a special device is configured, it can not only be a non linear traction operation, but also can easily select the appropriate operating position, or doubly expand its load capacity with a smaller tonnage machine. Several machines can be used in parallel operation for a large tonnage load. Hand hoist is an ideal tool for equipment installation, cargo lifting, binding and traction.
