Lever Block Inspection Standards

1. No-load test: When there is no load, the traversing rod and the reverse rod are reciprocated three times, and the operation is checked, and there should be no jamming phenomenon;


2. Rated load test: Tested on a special test bench, the hand pull force and the handle reciprocating once the wire rope stroke should meet the standard requirements;


3. Dynamic load test: Tested on a special test bench, loaded with 1.1 times rated load, rising and falling once, each wire rope moving distance shall not be less than 200mm, the whole machine shall be stable and firm;


4. Static load test: on the special test bench, gradually loaded to 1.5 times the rated load, stay 10min, the clip, clamping plate must not affect the permanent deformation of the utility;


5. Hook test:

On the material testing machine, gradually load the load to 2 times the rated load through the center of the hook cavity, and then remove the load after staying for 1 min, and check the hook mouth deformation of the hook, which must not exceed 0.25%;

On the material testing machine, the hook is gradually loaded to 4 times the rated load through the center of the hook cavity, and the hook should be able to support firmly for 1 min.


6. Reliability test: 

Under the rated load, the traversing rod and the reverse rod are reciprocally reciprocated to make the reciprocating cumulative stroke of the wire rope not less than 120m (can be divided into four times, but each time, but the cumulative stroke of the wire rope is 30m each time, The interval time between each time does not exceed 1 h. It is not allowed to replace the wire rope in the test). There shall be no abnormalities in the parts of the hoist.
