Manual chain hoist maintenance method

- Jun 05, 2018-

The manual chain hoist itself is safe, reliable and durable, but it still needs to be properly maintained and maintained during daily use. On the one hand, it can extend its service life, and on the other hand, it can give full play to its performance. As a user, do you know how to manually maintain and maintain the manual chain hoist?

First of all, after each use, the manual chain hoist should be cleaned in a timely manner, and an appropriate amount of rust-proof grease should be applied, and then stored in a dry place to avoid rust or corrosion due to moisture. It is important to remember that maintenance and inspections should be carried out by personnel familiar with the equipment. It is recommended to use kerosene to clean the hoist parts. Lubricate the gears and bearings with grease and do not disassemble them.

Secondly, after the manual chain hoist has been repaired, it should be carried out with a no-load test first, and then confirmed that it is normal and the brake is reliable before it can be delivered for use. Among them, special attention should be paid to keeping the brake system in good condition, and daily inspection should be performed to ensure that the brake friction surface is clean. This is mainly to avoid the problem of brake failure and ensure job safety.

In addition, during the installation work, special attention should be paid to the installation of the braking part of the manual chain hoist. Pay attention to the good engagement of the ratchet tooth slot and the pawl pawl, and the spring should be flexible and reliable to control the pawl pawl. After the hand sprocket is installed, rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise to press the ratchet wheel and the friction plate tightly on the brake seat and rotate counterclockwise. There should be a gap between the sprocket wheel, ratchet wheel and friction plate. As for the rollers for the left and right bearings of the lifting sprocket, the butter can be adhered to the inner ring of the bearing that has been press-fitted onto the journal of the lifting sprocket, and is then loaded into the outer ring of the bearing of the wall plate.

Taking into account the requirements of maintenance and dismantling, when the manual chain hoist is used, one of the bracelet chains is an open chain and it is not allowed to die. At the same time, it should be noted that in the process of refueling and using the chain hoist, the friction surface of the manual chain hoist braking device must be kept clean, and the presence of braking must be checked frequently.
