- Jan 22, 2019-

      Risk source point: The manual chain hoist hook is used to prevent the safety device of the wire rope from falling off, and the safety device loses the pressing force on the hook outlet.

      Risk analysis:

When the hook is pulled horizontally and diagonally, the wire rope is pulled out from the hook buckle, and the heavy object falls, causing the person to say that the casualty or damage is caused by the lifting equipment.

      Risk prevention:

Replace the damaged safety device.

      Similar risks:

1. The hoisting wire is placed on the outside of the safety device, and the safety device has no anti-smashing effect on the steel wire;

2. The safety device has no spring pressing force.
